This agreement describes the responsibilities of caregivers, parents, skilled workers, and companies, as well as PlatinumCare-EService.com’s limitation of liability. It is a condition of registration and use that you agree and are subject to these Terms of Use and Conditions. If you breach any of the Terms of Use and Conditions, your authorization to use this website (the "Site") automatically terminates.

PlatinumCare-EService.com is a publicly accessible internet job posting site that:

a. connects parents seeking overseas or local caregivers and/or caregivers seeking to provide childcare, elderly care, disability care, or special needs care to Canadian families

b. connects Canadian companies seeking overseas or local skilled workers and/or skilled workers seeking employment with Canadian companies

For the purposes of the Terms of Use and Conditions, parents and companies shall be referred to as employers (the "Employer"), and caregivers and skilled workers shall be referred to as applicants (the "Applicant")

As the Applicant, I understand that the purpose of PlatinumCare-EService.com membership is to allow Employers to view my profile and enable me to view the job postings of Employers. PlatinumCare-EService.com membership does not constitute the processing of an overseas application nor provide any guarantee whatsoever of an offer of employment by a Canadian employer.

PlatinumCare-EService.com is an internet job posting site, not a referral service. PlatinumCare-EService.com does not interview, screen, or perform background checks on Applicants or Employers. I understand that PlatinumCare-EService.com is not involved in the actual transactions between the Applicant and Employer, does not schedule meetings between the Applicant and Employer, and has no control over the quality or legality of the Employer job listings or Applicant profiles that are posted on the Site, the truth or accuracy of the listings, or the actions of Applicants or Employers.

As the Employer, I acknowledge that any decision I make to hire the Applicant is my sole decision. I acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with hiring an Applicant through an internet job posting site and I indemnify and hold PlatinumCare-EService.com harmless for any choice I make.

As the Applicant, I acknowledge that any decision I make to accept a job offer by a particular Employer is my sole decision. I acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with working for an Employer found through an internet job posting site and I indemnify and hold PlatinumCare-EService.com harmless for any choice I make.

Once PlatinumCare-EService.com has received payment, your account is activated and you are granted full access to Employer job postings and Applicant profiles. All fees paid for Applicant of Employer accounts are non-refundable. I understand that I am solely responsible for any Applicant profiles or Employer job listings that I submit and I agree to only submit information that is true, accurate, and current.

I will maintain the confidentiality of my password and I agree not to provide any other individual with access to PlatinumCare-EService.com via my login information. I understand that I am fully responsible for all activities that occur through use of my password. I understand that PlatinumCare-EService.com, in its sole discretion, may at any time terminate my access to this Site and any account or password I may have in connection with this Site. PlatinumCare-EService.com does not warrant that this site will continue to operate, operate without interruptions, or that it will be error-free.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlatinumCare-EService.com, and its affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees from any and all liability including all claims alleging loss, costs, expenses, and/or damages arising out of my use of the Site. I agree that PlatinumCare-EService.com’s aggregate liability for damages shall be limited to $100 USD. I understand that the limitations of liability and disclaimers in these Terms of Use and Conditions apply regardless of the form of action.

I understand that PlatinumCare-EService.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify these Terms of Use and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. My continued use of the Site after any changes to the Terms and Use of Conditions are posted means that I accept those changes.
